How do you follow up a Grammy nomination for one of the best tracks known to humankind? For some, it’d be getting someone like, I don’t know, Pharrell on the boards. But for Makonnen, it’s through a new freestyle. Similar to when he taught us how to WHIP IT on the first track of his last Drink More Water mixtape, his latest freestyle kicks off the newest edition of the series with weird, hazy run-ons and feeling-his-way rhyme schemes. He’s fucking with some new pills from China, mane!
